Beware of Twitter, where your handle can be used to tag you.
Reply – Respond with professionalism and within key messaging to any call out that merits a reply
Ask the person interaction to connect with a private message (as spelled out in terms of use).
Hide any comment that is wrong, explosive or inflammatory, and delete anything that violates the terms of use- and could cause confusion, fear or panic.
Remember in a time of crisis, many people will use social media as a way to reach you- especially if the phone is not an easy option.
